You will need:
- Comfortable work-out clothes
- An empty area in your bedroom, living room, basement, garage or even kitchen
- 30-45 minutes, 4 days a week

Your Instructor
Liger Strong was founded by Aaron Collins out of his passion for helping people. An athlete since before grade school, 23 year old Collins is experienced in weight training, strength training, cardio, basketball, football, baseball and more. As a high schooler, he started watching YouTube videos to learn new workouts and techniques and gradually began training friends, classmates and other people in his community.
“When you take care of your body, you’re doing more than working out,” Collins says. “You’re building the confidence to truly live out the life you’ve been called to live.”
With online workout programs, weekly YouTube videos, in person boot camps and personal training, Aaron Collins actively champions for being Liger Strong. He attributes his strength to his Christian Faith, commitment to fitness and nutrition and the support of his wife and other family and friends.
